How can I request an extra service from the Supplier?
If you’d like to try to request an extra service, like an early check-in, please contact the Supplier directly or write it during booking phase. There is no guarantee, but they may be able to help.
How do I get more information about Supplier’s facilities?
Click the Supplier name to open its page and visit all Supplier’s facilities
Upon arrival, I stored my goods in a room that did not correspond to what was booked. What should I do?
You can open a new Ticket (top right under 'Help') writing in object 'Room not corresponding at the booked room' . We'll likely need a pictures and your booking confirmation number.
