A.1) During registration, I'm asked to choose a commercial role. What does that mean?
During registration, you can choose one of the following commercial roles:
- • Customer: a user who wants to send booking requests to store their products in available spaces.
- • Supplier: a user who offers their refrigerated facility to share with other users.
- • Both: a user who wants both to request storage space and offer their facility to others.
IMPORTANT: To change your selected role later, you will need to open a ticket with customer support.
A.2) During registration, I'm asked to upload a document. What does that mean?
This is required only if you selected Supplier or Both. You will need to download, sign, and upload a copy of the contract. You will receive an email notification—sent to the address you registered with—informing you whether your registration request has been approved or rejected. This will happen within 72 hours, during which your profile will remain restricted and you won’t be able to perform any actions on the platform.
