D.1) How do I know if my booking or request has been accepted or cancelled?

For 'Instant Confirmation' bookings, the Supplier cannot cancel the reservation.

For 'Booking Requests', the Supplier can reject the request within 48 hours of submission.

In both cases, you will receive an email notification and can check the status in the 'My Reservation' section.

D.2) Can I modify a booking or a booking request?

You cannot modify a booking or a booking request once submitted. If you need to extend the sharing period, simply create a new booking.

D.3) When can I cancel a booking or a booking request?

With 'Instant Confirmation', you can cancel only within the free cancellation period.

With 'Booking Requests', you can cancel before the Supplier accepts. Once accepted, the standard cancellation rules apply.

D.4) What happens if the Supplier cancels a booking?

With 'Instant Confirmation', the Supplier cannot cancel.

With 'Booking Requests', the Supplier can reject the request within 48 hours. If rejected, you won't be charged.

D.5) The Supplier wants to cancel my booking. What should I do?

The booking is a legal agreement between you and the Supplier. The Supplier is responsible for informing you in time, refunding you, and covering any damage to the goods.

D.6) What happens if the payment fails after the free cancellation period?

If the payment fails after the free cancellation period, the booking will be automatically cancelled. You won't be charged. You will receive an email notification and can create a new booking.
