B.1) I forgot the registration email. What should I do?

To recover your registration email, click on 'Forgot email?' and enter your company’s VAT number. If no email is found associated with that VAT number, please proceed with a new registration.

B.2) I forgot my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, click on 'Forgot password?' and enter your registration email. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the password reset process.

B.3) I want to change my commercial role. What should I do?

To modify your commercial role, you need to open a ticket with our support team, who will handle your request. Fill in all the required fields and provide a detailed description of your request.

B.4) I entered my credentials but my profile is active with restrictions. What should I do?

If, after logging into the platform, you see the message “Profile active with restrictions. Need help? Contact us.”, it means that:

  • • your registration request is still being reviewed,
  • • or it has been rejected,
  • • or your profile has been blocked due to behavior that violates the Code of Conduct.
